This property was listed in Quincy. It was a 20 minute drive
The property was a horse ranch, incredible facility, very clean but I feel it was misrepresented
My husband and I had the pleasure of staying here recently had had a lovely time. The grounds and amenities are fantastic! Service was impeccable!! We stayed in the Lodge and did not realize the rooms did not have air conditioning, so it was quite hot (even with the windows open). We booked this stay hoping to get outdoors and relax a bit. Unfortunately, they had music playing during our entire stay and it did not get turned off until close to midnight, which made it very hard to hear all the sounds nature had to offer. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and we'd stay there again!
We had a great time at the ranch. It is a beautiful property and very friendly and helpful staff.
(I was not a fan of the generous watering of the lawn, while we have extreme drought in NorCal)
This place was advertised as ânearbyâ for Susanville, California. It was actually 2 hours away and 50 miles out of the way. I realize that due diligence on my part would have been appropriate and saved this review.
It was incorrectly advertised, and went further. It said there were amenities, including a bar and restaurant on the premises. Their were none.....they were closed until May for the amenities. We ended up driving 20+ miles for dinner.
And we were charged a resort fee!
Overall the place was comfortable, but had I known how far out of the way it was, and that they were not open until May, I would have stayed someplace more in line with my itinerary.
