The room was in good condition with the exception of a stink bug on my floor. The staff was very nice. the hot tub and pool were clean. My main issue was the older hvac unit in the room was very loud each time it engaged so it woke me up every time it turned on heat or AC until I shut the unit off compelled. I also had to clean the AC filters as they were very dirty,

The staff is always friendly and helpful and it speaks volumes that the staff, both day and night, are employed over a long period. The rooms are spacious and clean. The location is safe, near a highway and a main road with Quincy itself, near restaurants as well. Ran into a few things this go round (which is so unusual) but a prior guest towel was still in the bathroom but was corrected immediately. Breakfast could have been handled better this time as both the coffee and the food were a bit lacking and cold .. which a number of guests commented on and went to eat elsewhere one morning. And I had a rather "barely warm" shower on Sunday morning which was a little less that enjoyable. That all said, I appreciate this location and would ABSOLUTELY stay again as things happen from time to time and it isn't what happens, it is how it is handled, so I give these folks a thumbs up and would choose this location for any type of stay while in the Quincy IL area.

Fine place. Reminds of the early Radisson Country Inns. Large room. Quiet location. Quiet HVAC. Large bathroom with lots of counter space. LG TV. Fair pricing.

I stayed in 100 different hotel rooms last year and I'd put this place near the top for the price range. Would recommend. Check in was painless, rooms are large and clean. Lobby and common area clean

Went to the bathroom and the toilet and pee stains on the toilet seat. The tv was unplugged altogether when I got in the room. As I’m trying to relax and get ready for bed, multiple phone calls from what seemed like the front desk. And then another call in the middle of the night asking if I was a Stephen.
