THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Set in a modern building at walking distance from El Bosque Mall, it is surrounded by restaurants and coffee shops in a very secure neighborhood.

It’s only 2.8 mi from Parque de La Carolina where the financial and comercial districts are, at 3.6 mi from El TelefĂ©rico and just at 5.5 mi from the Historic Centre, with easy transport access, getting around will never be a problem.

GETTING AROUND
You’ll find there are great places to eat or do some shopping just at walking distance, but Uber, Cabify or registered taxis are always recommended for getting around the city.

If you plan to rent a car there is free parking at El Bosque Mall or just let me know to make arrangements so you can park in the building.

Foresta Green Building has been declared the first residential building in Quito that is 100% smoke free, therefore smoking it is not allowed anywhere in the building.

Christmas Vacation

My husband, daughter and son, enjoyed our stay at Andres’ apartment. It was clean with all the amenities we needed. There were even cute Christmas decorations to help celebrate the season. Andres met us at check-in and check-out and was quick to respond to our questions. The only thing we weren’t expecting is the loud noise of the traffic (busses, motorcycles, etc. on the freeway next to the building). We had to sleep with the windows because there is no central air. Thanks for the nice accommodations.

We began our tour of Ecuador in Quito here at Santiago's property. The building is more impressive in person. It is attended 24 hours by friendly and helpful security in the lobby. The residents are friendly and welcoming. The building is very clean. The location is great as the Bosque mall is across the street - you can find anything you'd need there. Andres assisted us with accessing the room, and was also very friendly and accomodating. We plan to return again soon!

Nos encanto el departamento no tuvimos mucho tiempo para disfrutarlo ya que nuestra reserva era 2 dĂ­as pero nos cancelaron el vuelo y solo estuvimos 1 dĂ­a pero el departamento sĂșper lindo acogedor muy limpio nos gusto mucho

Beautiful apt in Quito Ecuador.

The Apt was very clean , comfortable, with everything we needed. The rooms were spacious. The views from the apt and terrace were gorgeous. The apt was close to everything we needed. Ex a mall w shopping and large food court, a short taxi ride away were more places to eat and parks. Places to visit also a short taxi ride. We had a great time . When we return we will use this apt ,if available, again.

Everything was perfect

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was immaculate. The condo was right across the street from a large mall with a SuperMaxi grocery store. Santiago was great to deal with and I would definitely book this place again.

Gorgeous views in el bosque

To start, I had agreed with Santiago that I would arrive at 6 PM unfortunately due to traffic I arrived 1 hour late. Santiago was not upset and very understanding. Which was a huge plus to me? He showed me the apartment, and it did not disappoint. The property is full of amenities galore. To start with the views are great from the morning workout watching the sunrise was breathtaking and the sauna seems to always be available which big plus for me. I arrived at all different times of the day and night and was always greeted by security and felt safe. A ton of local places to eat and the Parque La Carolina is only a couple of minutes ride away. If this place is available when I go in March I will definitely stay again. Thanks for renting us your place.
