We loved the atmosphere and appearance of this hotel, and the restaurant was great. Staff were very helpful. It was half an hour from the airport, which was more than I expected, but overall worth it to be able to enjoy the personality of the place.

what a gorgeous hotel. About 20 minutes to the airport and a lovely place to stay the night before we left Quito. not really walkable to anything of interest to tourists, but an oasis of calm in the midst of two long travel days, we had flown in from the Galapagos and were leaving for home the next day.

Excellent place to stay when on a layover in Quito. The staff are spectacular. The room is spacious and clean, it has everything you might need for a short stay. The breakfast was awesome with fruit, granola, pancakes, and bread products. They also have a variety of juices and coffee. The gym was small (three cardio and one weight rack) but it was nice to have! The airport transit they provide free of charge is easy to arrange and makes the entire stay that much easier. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful, quiet, and very clean hotel. Overall, it was an amazing experience. Most of the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, especially the service team, who truly made me feel welcome. As a guest from the same country Ecuador, I did feel a bit excluded by one waitress, who was disappointing. I would suggest providing additional training so all guests are treated with the same empathy and care.

Great choice of hotel, if you don’t need to go back and forth from the city center this is your hotel! The personnel is GREAT, service was excellent. Restaurant provided free breakfast and we had one dinner that did not disappoint. Room was spacious and clean, bed was on the hard side which we enjoy, shower was small but the water pressure was awesome!

I booked this hotel only a few hours before arrival, yet the shuttle driver was outside the gate awaiting me. He was also punctually ready to take me to the airport at 4:30 am. All of the hotel staff was incredibly welcoming & friendly, from the reception to the wait staff. The food was delicious, the hotel beautiful, the room large with nice toiletries. They even made me a boxed breakfast to take to the airport at 4:30 am. Bravo to the staff. That’s how to make a guest feel welcome & looked after.
