Living room with dining area, kitchenette and extendable 2 sofa beds (200x130), 32 m2 total + balcony (furnished) with splendid sea view. Satellite TV (flat screen), DVD and air conditioning. Open kitchen (with 4-plate electric oven), extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, coffee machine, dishes and cutlery.

Free internet access (WiFi), washing machine. Free shuttle to the catamaran or ferry, but also help to organize transportation to the airports (Rijeka, Zadar, Zagreb). We are always there for you. We are looking forward to planning your stay.

The modernly furnished, detached house in a residential area in the Barbat district 4.5 km from the center of the old town of Rab. Seen from the property on the sea, it is located just 250 meters from the sea. Access is from the main road.

Super Aufenthalt mit ganz ganz tollem Vermieterehepaar. Wir hatten das Apartment ganz oben mit der großen Terrasse mit wundervoller Aussicht und wĂŒrden es jederzeit wieder buchen. Alles da was man braucht, nicht weit zum Strand oder zum Laden. Leider ging die Zeit zu schnell vorbei. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

An sich ein sehr schönes Haus und auch die EigentĂŒmer richtig net. Wir hatte das Appartement mit der riesigen Terrasse mit einem sehr schönen Meerblick. Aber der Rest ist verbesserungsbedĂŒrftig (meiner Meinung nach), da: - der sogenannte Whirpool bzw. Badewanne mit Whirpoolfunktion ĂŒber einen lĂ€ngeren Zeitraum nicht richtig gereinigt wurde und somit unbrauchbar war - kein Duschvorhang was Unbequemlichkeit beim Duschen verursacht hat - bei Töpfen und einer Pfanne mĂŒssten die Griffe nachgezogen werden - den alten KĂŒhlschrank ausbauen lassen, da schon unangenehme GerĂŒche entstehen - im Schlafzimmer mĂŒsste eigentlich schon in der Vergangenheit die Matratze ausgetauscht werden, da die Federn richtig spĂŒrbar sind - und vlt. einmal im Jahr die Spinnen von den Decken entfernen Bitte nur als Verbesserungsvorschlag ansehen, wir fanden trotz allem die Wohnung an sich sehr nett.

Ho soggiornato con mio marito, la mia bimba di 2 aani e il cane di medio grossa taglia. La casa Ăš bella e pulita, dotata di tutte le comoditĂ  e un grande terrazzo con bellissima vista sul mare. Il padrone Ăš molto disponibile e sempre gentile. Consigliata!!

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit tollem Ausblick

Wir waren fĂŒr eine Woche auf der Insel Rab im Stadtteil "Barbat". Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gepflegt und sauber als wir ankamen. Vor allem die große Terasse ist sehr schön und man hat einen tollen Ausblick aufs Meer. In der Ferienwohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der einzige Nachteil, den man noch verbessern könnte: Es gab keine Fliegengitter an den Fenstern. Im Schlafzimmer hatten wir deshalb jede Nacht StechmĂŒcken. Aber ansonsten war die Wohnung und der Urlaub sehr schön. Von der Wohnung aus ist man in 5 Minuten an der Strandpromenade, an der man abends schon spazieren gehen kann. Es gibt dort viele Restaurants und auch der Supermarkt ist nicht weit weg. Um in die Stadt Rab zu kommen kann man entweder laufen (eine Stunde), mit dem Bus oder Auto fahren. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und immer da, wenn man eine Frage hatte. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Markus und Chantal

Schöne Aussicht

Wir waren im Juli auf der Insel Rab und haben dort einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Sie war sauber und man hat einen tollen Meerblick von der Terrasse aus. Der Vermieter war auch sehr nett und auch hilfsbereit, wenn man eine Frage hatte. Einen abendlichen Ausflug in die Altstadt von Rab, sollte jeder Urlauber machen. Der Strand von Barbat hat uns leider nicht so gefallen, aber durch die guten Tipps vom Vermieter, sind wir nur ca. 10 Minuten weiter mit den Auto gefahren, wo man sehr schöne SandstrÀnde finden kann.

Appartamento situato a pochi minuti dall' arrivo del traghetto. Appartamento molto spazioso, confortevole e pulito. I proprietari signor Josip e la moglie Nada sono stati molto simpatici, disponibili e gentili e ci hanno regalato un soggiorno nell' isola di Rab indimenticabile. Un grazie particolare a Josip che Ăš stato sempre molto premuroso ad accontentare le nostre poche richieste Ottimo Ăš stato l' utilizzo del barbecue situato in giardino che ci ha permesso di cucinare ottimo pesce e di poter mangiare nel tavolo esterno presente nel retro della casa. Ci sentiamo di consigliare assolutamente la casa per l'ottima accoglienza ricevuta.
