in the colorful Tuscan hills. It has a unique rustic Italian flavor in
the inside and beautiful tended gardens on the outside. The ground
floor consists of an open plan living room with a sitting area
connected with a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and one
family bathroom. An inner staircase leads to the first floor where
there are four bedrooms (two with double beds and two with twin beds)
all connected with ensuite bathrooms. The secondary entrance leads to
the sheltered patio with a sitting area and a tennis table. A great
addition to the green gardens is a large private swimming pool with
sunbeds, BBQ area, and private off-road parking.

Living Room
The living room has a ornamental fireplace, dining area, comfortable
sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors
to the pool terrace.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, washing machine,
dishwasher, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also a barbecue
outside.

Additional Information

If house heating is needed between April 15th to November 1st, it has
to be paid on the spot based on consumption. The municipality of Radda
in Chianti has implemented a tourist tax. The tax amount is set at 2 €
per day per person. Children under 14 years of age are exempt from this
tax. This is paid upon arrival to the local agent.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
