My stay at Radford

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. We were there on a visit to see Radford University. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and the front desk staff was very friendly. We checked in at about 1:45 AM, and the desk worker gave us a friendly welcome.

The staff was very helpful and provided all my needs. The room had an odor, but overall the staff was comfortable and in the area there was some things accessible.

Need update their appliances. Need clean better in the bathroom. Not a lot of choices for breakfast.

Room was clean and comfortable. The shower needs improvement. Nice fixtures, however, the positioning of the hand held shower head is such that if not very careful water will run out into floor. That could cause an accident. The refrigerator also hums when temp is adjusted. That is annoying. The staff is very nice. Location of hotel is good.
