The hotel was nice but cleanness was very questionable , I had to request a new shower curtain because there was mold at the entire bottom half. That one experienced made me question the entire cleanness of facility . I went to the lobby to warm some snacks for my son and the microwave was nasty also with evidence of old food. The beds were comfortable and the ambiance was nice . Also I kept smelling a faint rotten egg smell in the bathroom like old water sitting somewhere. Again the hotel is really nice boutique style but can work on the cleanliness and even using some time of fabric softener in the towels. They had an old smell also.

Hotel is fine, but pet policy is unsatisfactory. Stayed here several times before when hotel was independent, and it was pet friendly (no fee). Now it is part of Hilton, and a $57 charge was assessed for pet after check-out. Policy change was not clear at time of booking, nor communicated by staff check-in / check-out. Fee was assessed without warning or prior consent.

The hotel is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The environment is clean and the room very comfortable. Staff is friendly. The hotel needs to supply occupants with body wash and lotion.
