This beautiful house is in the characterful village of Gosici Radovici. Only 5 mins drive to Blue Horizons beach. The property is split over 2 floors and has great views of the surrounding countryside and Lovcen mountains. Ideally located for walking, cycling, the beach, or just lazing by the pool. The property has a front and rear terrace/patio area with appropriate furniture. Completed and furnished to a high standard.

Points forts : PropretĂ©, commoditĂ©s et Ă©tat et installations de l’hĂ©bergement.
La maison est divisĂ©e en 2 appartements plus ou moins identiques et c'est idĂ©al lorsqu'on part Ă  2 familles. Tony est trĂšs rĂ©actif et Ă  l'Ă©coute. La propriĂ©tĂ© est calme, mais tout de mĂȘme Ă  proximitĂ© de l'aĂ©roport. Heureusement, les vols sont rares et uniquement la journĂ©e. LĂ©ger vis Ă  vis sur la piscine, mais dans l'ensemble, le rapport qualitĂ©/prix est excellent.

Excellent location, peaceful and secure within an easy walking distance to the main village with shops and restaurants. The outside and pool area are brilliant. The accommodation is cool in the summer and nicely equipped, we had a fantastic stay!

Lovely part of the world. We will certainly be returning to Montenegro. The villa was comfortable and perfect for two families, giving us our own personal space. Swimming pool and patio area was ideal for us all and we spent many a night out enjoying lovely meals around the table. Kitchen was more than adequate with plenty of glassware, crockery and cooking equipment. We had a few issues with the TVs, however we were never in to watch them. There were also issues with the WiFi, however our host Tony was contactable and we were able to come to an alternative solution. Gosici really is a lovely village to stay.

Een ruime woning op een ruime kavel met een fijn zwembad. Appartement boven is los van beneden. Van binnen echter wel veel gebreken als: 1persoons bed wat kraakt en uitelkaar valt, slechte oude douches, veel inventaris maar voelt voor ons teveel als wonen in een huis van een ander. Geen wifi en na contact eigenaar ook niet opgelost. Zwembad water maakte badkleding met gele vlekken. Wel prachtige omgeving en dichtbij Kotor.

Hallo leider hatten wir kein richtiges W-lan kein fließendes Wasser und TV. Im Untergeschoss die Klima war verschimmelt dadurch konnte man sie nicht nutzen. Nach mehrmaligen Telefonieren mit den beiden Vermietern haben keine Hilfe bekommen Ines und Toni haben uns nicht helfen dadurch sind wir auch schon 3 Tage vorher Abgereist vg M.Topf

Fantastisch huis

De advertentie op VRBO doet dit huis te kort. Gegeven de prijs die we betaald hebben hadden we niet al te veel verwachtingen van dit huis. Echter bleek het een heel prettig vakantie huis te zijn. Check-in ging soepel via WhatsApp, we kregen een berichtje van Ines waar we de sleutel konden vinden. Huis bestaat uit twee appartementen eigenlijk, boven en beneden hebben een eigen voordeur. Beneden zijn er twee slaapkamers waarvan Ă©Ă©n met een twee persoons bed en Ă©Ă©n met twee losse bedden. Boven zijn er ook twee slaapkamers met dezelfde opstelling. Van de bank boven is ook nog een bed te maken. Zowel boven als beneden is een badkamer met douche en toilet. Boven zijn de wasmachine en de vaatwasser te vinden. Het zwembad is in goede staat en goed onderhouden. Ook zijn er voldoende stoelen en tafels aanwezig in het appartement en buiten. De locatie is prima, half uurtje rijden van Kotor. Er is geen uitzicht op de zee. Supermarkt is op 3min rijden. Het huisje was erg compleet. Er waren voldoende pannen en spullen in de keuken. Airconditioning functioneerde goed. Uitchecken was eenvoudig via WhatsApp, ik kreeg zelfs de mogelijkheid om later uit te checken. Verbeterpunten: - De deuren van de badkamers kunnen niet op slot, zowel boven als beneden. Het lukt zelfs niet om de deur geheel te sluiten. - Voor wifi lag er een MIFI apparaat met een lokale SIM kaart. Dat werkt prima, maar wel op maar Ă©Ă©n verdieping dus dat is wat beperkt.

Steckdosen sind sehr viele lose an der wand! Sehr gefĂ€hrlich fĂŒr Kinder! Kaputtes Außenmöbel! Beim Pool lösen sich Fliesen am Rand wie am Boden! Defekte poolbeleuchtung! TĂŒren im Haus lassen sich nicht schließen! Duschstange im defekt! Defekter kĂŒchschrank Gefrierschrank! Ameisen Problem im ganzen Haus! Lattenröste am Bett gebrochen und mit Kabelbinder befestigt! Duschsblauf verstopft! Stinkender Geruch aus Toilette!

Zwei zauberhafte Wochen in Radovici

Wir haben in diesen Haus 2 unvergessliche Wochen verbracht!!Der große Pool hat bei dem heißen sonnigen Wetter uns zu jeder Zeit eine AbkĂŒhlung geschenkt!! Die Kinder und auch wir hatten riesen Spaß beim rumtoben im Wasser. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und wir haben her alles was wir brauchten gehabt! Die Lage empfanden wir spitze!Die straße ist ganz ruhig,kaum befahrbar und nur von wenigen Leuten genutzt..also ruhe und relaxing!!!nur wenige Minuten weiter erreiche man die zauberhaften Aussichten und tolle Orte wo was los war!! Die historischen StĂ€dte sind mit Auto genauso schnell zu erreichen und hier taucht man in das laute Leben !! Alles zusammen ein zauberhafte tolle Zeit in Rodovici und in dem gemĂŒtlichen Haus!!!!! Das einzige ist durch die heiße Sonne war das große RasenstĂŒck verbrannt und konnte nicht benutzt werden(z.b.fussballspiel...)hier wĂ€re eine WassersprĂŒhanlage vielleicht eine gute Möglichkeit den Rasen am Leben zu halten..

Ein tolles aber dreckiges Haus

Das Haus war mit SchmetterlingsmĂŒcken befallen, die aus den AbflĂŒssen rauskamen. Zudem waren ĂŒberall Spinnenweben und div andere Insekten im Haus. Im Pool waren Fliesen abgefallen, erhöhte schneide gefahr. Ab 18 Uhr gab es keine Schwimmmöglichkeit mehr da wir von FledermĂ€usen gejagt wurden. Und der Highlight: Ab 20 Uhr kamen die Geckos/Eidechsen aus ihren Löchern raus und kamen ins Haus rein. Garten + Haus war komplett mit Armeisen befallen. Ein horror Urlaub!!!! Das Ganze wurde Ines (Verwaltung) berichtet per Whatsapp auch mit Fotos, Sie hat sich aber diesbezĂŒglich nicht gemeldet!!! Das geht nicht!!!

A wonderful vacation with family.

We were on holiday 4 adults (my family) with my broher-in-law"s family (3 adults and a 12-year-old). The house is excellent for 8 people / 2 families (2 completely separated apartments), although when needed could sleep there 12 as well. The property is very well situated on the Lustica peninsula, in 5 km radius there are 4-5 beaches, good restaurants, Lustica Bay marina, supermarkets and markets, and so on .... Kotor is 12 km away, Tivat airport is 10 km away, Budva is 26 km away. Everithing we needed we could found within a few miles. There are two complete kitchens, there is a washing machine and iron, a dishwasher. towels, kitchen towels and beddings are provided and weekly changed. There is also a big BBQ. With the temperatures between 33 and 37 Grad Celsius, the very good sized private pool was simply a blessing. The house is definitely not for people who would prefer an all inclusive holiday with 24-hours service, but for people like us, who appreciate quality time with family / friends, who enjoy cooking / barbequing, who appreciate the rural tranquility of the place. After 2 years of Corona-break there were also a few flaws. After announcing these to the very kind property owners, the biggest problems were a.s.a.p. fixed - I am certain, what remains will be shortly mended. To sum up: we had a wonderful holiday there.

Het was een mooie tijd

2 apartementen los van elkaar met aparte ingang. We waren in totaal met 8 volwassenen en 3 kinderen en dat was prima te doen, warm genoeg buiten. Ideaal zwembad, komt wekelijks iemand even checken. Daarnaast komt 1 x per week de schoonmaakploeg, ook luxe. Is wel een wat oud huisje, maar ja de prijs is er ook naar. Wel lastig is de muggen, maar dan moet je wat extra smeren. Paar lastige dingen als wat oude, slechte bakpannen, vriezer die niet helemaal goed werkt, lekkende airco. Als die dingen opgelost zijn dan heb je gewoon een heerlijk verblijf voor niet al te veel geld. Locatie is erg handig, dicht bij Kotor, Budva en Tivat. Maar wat een drukte in augustus op de weg en op het strand. Tips: camp veslo op het eiland (heb je een camping). Parkeren voor 10 of € 20 per dag, maar als je dan op de camping rechts gaat heb je strand. Klim nog over wat rotsen en je hebt een prachtig privestrand. Blue caves zijn mooi om te doen. (hebben wij als echte Nederlanders naar toegepeddeld). Verder wandelen in de Mrtvica canyon is erg mooi. (start niet op het startpunt van de wandeling van Google Maps, maar neem vanaf Podgorica 1 afslag eerder en rijd een stuk met de auto en parkeer na ca 2 km, dat scheelt een stuk wandelen, 1e stuk is gewoon minder mooi). Geraft op de Tara River, is te doen in 1 dag, je kunt ook overnachten. Is vooral leuk om te doen na een paar flinke plensbuien. daarnaast is het wel heet in augustus, maar met airco en zwembad prima te doen en verder erg zonnig. Al met al was het een mooie vakantie, aan te bevelen.

Nice house in good location

We were group of two families with children. House was very good for us. It was exactly how it's described. It's not a luxury house, but we think it was good for the price. The village was peaceful and beautiful and children loved the pool. We would love to come again!
