This beautifully presented beach house comfortably accommodates ten guests in five bedrooms. Pets welcome (outdoors only), yard fully fenced.

Both levels of the home are fully self-contained, connected by an internal stairwell, and each level also has its own kitchen and bathroom. Three bedrooms upstairs and two are on the ground floor.

26 Rumbalara Avenue is any easy 10 minutes’ walk to the main street and only another couple of minutes to the beautiful surf beach. You can also walk to Cooloola National Park, enjoy boating in the Great Sandy Straits, catch some waves at incredible Double Island Point, or fish the bays, beaches and offshore reefs. Take a walk out to Lake Poona or jump in the 4WD and explore some of the world's most beautiful natural beaches including those on heritage-listed Fraser Island.

This beach house is perfect for your large or extended family and gives everyone their own space to relax and unwind.

* * Note - from 7 January 2026 - there will be no bunk beds at this property. Two x single bunks being replaced with one x queen bed.
Please also note: This property is strictly no-smoking and no parties or functions.

Please note that (unless specified in the description) our holiday properties are not supplied with linen. Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers.

Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.
Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.

Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
