This house boasts two kitchens, two bathrooms and a huge deck to relax and unwind on. Upstairs has two bedrooms, downstairs has three bedrooms plus a huge rumpus room. The rumpus is open plan living with pool table, table tennis, Telstra TV, blue tooth sound bars in three areas of the house, Wii and dartboard, all provided for your entertainment.

But Wait There Is More: Two x BBQs - One on the main deck is a four burner with a hood plus a side burner. The other bbq is downstairs - four burner with a hood, outdoor shower, ceiling fans and air conditioning, boat parking, huge carport, free wifi, firepit, outdoor bar, two x coffee machines - one in each kitchen, coffee beans only, please byo beans - plus there is a beer fridge.
Air conditioning in upstairs lounge and downstairs lounge.

Dunworkin is only a short stroll to the surf beach and shops. This is a great location for a family beach side holiday. This house is one of very few in Rainbow Beach that can cater for big families or groups of friends.

Downstairs – One x single/queen bunk bed in rumpus room
Upstairs – Bedroom 1 - one x king size bed (main), Bedroom 2 - one x single bunk bed and one x single bed.
Low level part of house (right hand side): – Bedroom 3 – one x king bed (main), Bedroom 4 – one x queen. Bedroom 5 – 2 x single beds.

-Please be aware that this property is in a residential area with neighbours who live close by permanently. Please be mindful and courteous with regards to this situation.

Please note that (unless specified in the description) our holiday properties are not supplied with linen. Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers.

Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.
Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost per stay.

Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

Pet friendly properties are not all fully fenced, please refer to the individual property description. If you intend to bring a pet with you, please note that there is an additional 50 per pet levy payable.
