The whole stayed was not good. First we looked for a family friendly hotel, kids friendly. Well, apparently they had no kids and clearly were not used to have them either. It is NOT a Kid friendly hotel. False advertise. Second, the room itself that said as I booked said, could have 6 people sleep in. Not true either. super small, if you do open the sofa bed there is no space to walk. I need to adjust furniture in order for our family be able to walk on the room without bumping into each other. They said the room had a small kitchen, well, it was a mini fridge, not a full size fridge as was showing on the pictures. The shower, sorry, it was a joke; The water drips like rain water, not running water. I went to the front desk to ask if it ws normal and they said the whole building don't have enough water pressure, so every single room was the same. We booked 2 room, because my in laws were traveling with us, and the website said they had it connected rooms. Great, but not true, as I requested, they said because I booked through Expedia , I should complain with Expedia, and if I booked directly with them, their would be able to adjust our needs. Well, I booked 2 rooms , my in laws did not need to stay in a room that had a sofa bed, I booked the same room because we needed the connected room, and it did not happened. Not enough, the day we were leaving elevators was not working, we were on 6 floor, in laws elderly people, and we needed to go up and down and we carried their bags

Staff very friendly. Tyler did great job at front desk. Robert was cheerful at breakfast and helpful with ideas on sites to visit. Tekeyna cleaned the room and left clean towels! The roof top bar was great with not only drinks but food!

⭐️⭐️ 2-Star Review I booked a room here for my girlfriend’s birthday so she could relax and enjoy her day — but I’m honestly embarrassed I did. I’ve never paid over $200 for a single night in a hotel before, and I probably never will again. The service was worse than most cheaper hotels I’ve stayed at. First off, there’s no room service at all. How do you charge that much for a room and not offer that basic amenity? Then, on top of that, there’s no free parking — you have to pay $25 per night just to park. That’s ridiculous for a hotel in this price range. I also paid extra for a “city view” room, but the only thing she could see was a parking lot. Total waste of money. When she arrived, one elevator was broken, and by the next morning, none of them were working. To make things worse, there were loud drunk people making noise late at night. Does this place even have security? Because it sure didn’t seem like it. The only thing she actually enjoyed was getting some sleep — and that’s not saying much for the amount I spent. I canceled a cheaper hotel to go with this one, and now I completely regret it. I’m beyond disappointed and embarrassed. Definitely won’t be booking here again or any “luxury” hotel like this in the future.
