Convenient location & clean

Hotel fairly new. Very clean! Woman helping with breakfast very helpful. Front desk workers were unfriendly both at check in & out. Barely spoke to me & acted like I was an annoyance interrupting them doing nothing. Directly next to highway which was convenient although not picturesque. Pictures on site showing outdoor tables & patio do exist but are overlooking highway. Not a lot directly next to hotel but very convenient location. Plenty of parking. Rooms were modern.

Sam from the front desk greeted us every evening with smile and did an excellent job in making our stay wonderful. Also Mary provided great service. The hotel over all is a nice place to stay.

Highly Recommended

Great stay. The young lady at the desk remembered me from my September visit. I was so impressed. Great customer service even under pressure. The TV died. The maintenance man, who already left and was home, came home and replaced it immediately. Manager was so nice and comforting. I came to memorize my 9yo granddaughter…. Everyone couldn’t have been nicer.

Surprisingly nice

First time trying a True Hotel…..I’m impressed. It had a lower price than most of the other hotels in the Chapel Hill area but it had good reviews so I figured I’d try it out. I guess it would be considered a no-frills kind of place but I think it’s pretty nice, very clean and very modern type facilities.
