One of the best time I enjoyed every second specially the staff who were very helpful and very nice in all aspects.

Breakfast is minimal, there’s no bar or restaurant, and the hotel refused to refund me for unused nights until Hotels.com management got involved. Avoid staying here. Also, the cleaning crew doesn’t know how to read “do not disturb” signs and will enter the room without knocking. No privacy, no manners.

We Regret that this customer has such an impression about boutique hotel, which contradicts numerous very positive reviews so far received. Our breakfast has a nice & mixed variety and selection of a Palestinian and continental breakfast.Regarding the reservation, it was through Expedia, so of course we needed to get a confirmation email from them to issue the refund, which was made directly after receiving their email. Our housekeeping used to clean the room when the guest leaves the hotel, and never while staying in it.

The staff were lovely and helpful, and the room was comfortable. Excellent location. The only thing is, at night, the outdoor gate is locked and sometimes the doorbell doesn't work so it's a bit of a hassle trying to get someone's attention to get inside. But besides that, all great!

Charming
Publié le 4 déc. 2019 sur HotelsAmazing and charming cute hotel, my room was very clean and comfortable. Did not try the food as I mostly ate outside the hotel while sightseeing. The 2 gentlemen I dealt with at the Front desk were very helpful with recommendations and ideas around where to go and best times to go to avoid traffic and crowds.

Very nice room. Breakfast was great. Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet neighborhood, but close to everything. Truly enjoyed staying at this hotel.
