Welcome to our family lake house on beautiful Lake Simcoe! Enjoy a peaceful waterfront getaway with unbelievable sunsets and everything you need to relax, reconnect, and make lasting memories.

Our large, well-equipped home features a BBQ, fire pit, kayaks, pedal boat, life jackets, badminton, cornhole, frisbee, soccer net, and a selection of indoor games, books, and conversation cards. Whether you’re spending the day on the water or enjoying a quiet evening by the fire, there’s something for everyone!

Located in minutes from McRae Point National Park, Joyland Beach, 10 minutes to Casino Rama, and 15 minutes from downtown Orillia, where you’ll find grocery stores, Costco, restaurants, cafés, and local favourites like Mariposa Market. The area also offers excellent boating, fishing, hiking, and cycling.

Whenever possible, we’re happy to accommodate early check-in or late check-out—just ask!
