Room was very old nothing like pictures portraits. Many issues regarding unit. We arrived after dark and the lights in the entire 3 story building hallway did not work. We’re forced to use our cell phone flashlights to make our way to our second story condo. Reported this to management and nothing was fixed our entire stay there. The elevator smelled so bad like mold we had to use the stairs all the time. The dishwasher did not work in our unit. The washing machine the one time I used it flooded the floor and I almost fell and hurt myself when discovering this when entering the laundry room. There were no face clothes provided to shower with or clean your face only towels and hand towels. The beach was nice and quiet and the pool was the same but there was only one restaurant on the entire resort and one small bistro with no other options near by even outside the facilities. None of the staff were well versed in English including at the restaurant so the language barrier was extremely difficult. No excursions close by only one in the caves. Was not a great location. Would not stay here again.
