Fantastic stay at Hotel Ranga! We enjoyed dinner and the breakfast buffet. It was a wonderful place to see the northern lights and relax in the hot tubs under the stars! 10/10 recommend.

Beautiful location, the staff was extremely attentive and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. We had dinner at their restaurant and it was one of our top meals in Iceland. We also ordered a lunch box for the following day and it was amazing, saved us time and could go straight to our hikes. Highly recommended!

This hotel was fantastic. We loved it. Food was wonderful and they were very accommodating with our food allergies and vegetarianism. The owner is lovely too. Only complaint is that even with a fan the rooms are very warm, but that seems to be the case in all the hotels here.

This hotel was an incredible experience. We got to know the owner/manager very well, he’s a very kind man! The hotel staff was lovely and fun! The breakfast buffet was wonderful and the dinner food fantastic. My room was #40 and I loved it and my Terrace, so charming. Amenities were terrific too! One suggestion only: perhaps there could be more hot tubs available. There are too few for the amount of rooms and we came during a busy summer season. We had to wait for people to leave the one by me was often used. Thank you for a wonderful stay!! I will be back.

Excellent service, staff accommodating of our dietary requirements (Vegetarian). We were also greeted by the owner Frideric - very friendly and very involved. His active involvement also motivates the staff it appears. Well appointed rooms. The only issue was with design of the bathrooms - our room had a large tub with a shower but no shower curtains so water would spray out everywhere. We will definitely go back here. Conveniently located. We highly recommend this hotel.
