ATV and snowmobile right from your doorstep! This adorable 2-bedroom, 2-bath cottage is the perfect four-season getaway — close to the village, yet tucked away enough for peace and relaxation. With all the amenities you could want, it's the ideal home base for adventure lovers and families alike.

Enjoy cozy nights in after a day on the trails, stroll into town to explore local shops and restaurants, or head just 15 minutes to Saddleback Mountain for a great day on the slopes!

Sleeping Arrangements: First Bedroom Main Floor Queen, Second Bedroom Lower Level Double Bed, Bunkbed, and Twin. Sleeps up to 6 guests.

Additional Sleeping Arrangements: Queen pullout couch in living room.

Location: 0.3 miles downtown Rangeley, 7.3 miles to downtown Oquossoc, and 7.9 miles to Saddleback.

Shared Access: Shared water access on Haley Pond.

ATV Trail Access: This home does have direct ATV trail access. Please do not ride any off road vehicle from a property that does not have direct trail access. If when renting at one of our homes with trail access, please ride to and from the trail access only. Do not ride around the property or up and down roads. We want our guests to be good neighbors and enjoy the area without disrupting others, so please help with this so everyone can enjoy their time here in Rangeley.

Snowmobile Access: Follow the driveway down to Depot Street and get on the trail near the end of Depot Street.

Right on the trails! Downtown also. Best of both worlds

If you came to ride this house is great - trails are right outside driveway! Also conveniently located downtown, so easy to get to restaurants and shops. Amenities are great - except no washer/dryer access - so will have to hold your dirty stuff or spend vacation time at a laundromat. Made good use of the gas grill and the nice big fridge. House kept pretty cool, even on warmer days.

This house was perfect. We came up to snowmobile and the said that the trails were close by Wel there were. They were right behind the house. It was great we all had lot of fun The house was nice and clean and rustic. Perfect for a winter get away Down town was very close and the restaurants we went to were great I would come back up here to snowmobile again.

This property was very clean and had ample sleeping area. My only criticism is that it really had no common area for our guests to congregate. Very close to the trails and a short walk to town.

Perfect location and great house.

We road our ATVs in the morning and walked to the town beach to swim every afternoon. The house felt just like a cozy cabin.

The pictures on VRBO do not do this property justice. The picture make the property look dark; however property is bright and extremely clean. It is a little small but they made good use of the small property. We had six people in our property we had plenty of space, easy access to town and snowmobile trails, plenty of parking for three trucks and a snowmobile trailer. I would go back and rent this property again.
