Cozy studio in the woods

Our tiny house in the woods is small, but spacious and features everything you need for a getaway. The tiny home includes a kitchen space, dining area, queen sized bed and living section with TV. All of the spaces are located in one large studio type room. There is a full bath as well as laundry room and storage area. The front porch overlooks the scenic woods. The home is located in Talking Rock Creek Resort, a gated community with fishing pond, picnic areas, hiking trails, tennis and basketball courts, seasonal outdoor pools and Talking Rock Creek. Close to many North GA cities and attractions.
**Note- our tiny house shares a lot with a larger house, VRBO listing 2075634. The homes are close to one another, but fully stand alone and separate from one another.

this place was a DUMP

i will never stay at this place again left a day early because of how bad it was started so much trouble with wife The manager was really on top of things i told her i would fire the cleaning people there was long black hairs in coffee cups crap stains in coffee cups NO paper Towles, toilet paper,deterent the start wash they wanted done towels were grimy had to wash in hot water first this place was a first class dump No code to get in gate

Tucked way in a woodland setting away from all fireworks. But the property manager was totally unresponsive--things that should have taken care of before my stay---hot water in kitchen not working, parking area had a tree with very low hanging branches; bathroom towel rack was not glued into the wall and fell off. Dryer vent was backed up. Mixed signals from owner re property manager--letter of introduction said to be in touch with him, but he did NOTHING. Phone conversation with owner who is very pleasant said Properrty manager is new and she is "breaking him in" ...Why even include him in written communication with me?

An enjoyable stay

We enjoyed our stay immensely. We cooked inside the first night and watched some Netflix. Yesterday we picked apples and then enjoyed a brisk November evening out on the deck. The sunrise and views were beautiful. And the road up to it was eye opening and adventurous. Really enjoyed it

Maintenance needed

Good communication with host. If the listing detailed the distance from the house to the resort amenities, we would have not booked our stay, convenience is always preferable. House needs structural and cosmetic maintenance, inside and out. A new comfortable sofa would be an added plus for guests. The peace and quiet were definitely a welcome respite.
