Posted Nov. 7, 2023 on HotelsThis hotel was part of a three week trip throughout Italy. It was in a great location, but for the price, it was only OK. An average hotel and an average room. Lots of restaurants and shopping extremely close by.

The best as always. I always try to stay at a best western because the customer service is the best and the places are always so nice and clean. This place did not disappoint.

We have stayed in Rapallo many times but this was the best hotel so far and the one we will be using again. The staff were all friendly and helpful with some. like Elena, going above and beyond to sort out a problem I had but nothing to do with the hotel. The breakfast was exceptional with a huge choice of lovely delicious things. An amazing place.
