Not sure why the handicap rooms are on the third floor? None of the Wyndam executives are disabled? No one was available to assist. There were no amenities in the room, just a small bar of soap. It took 2-3 minutes to get hot water, that was warm, but not hot.

Total crap hole. The pool and the hot tub were so full of chemicals that I couldn't stay in there very long. All of the handrails and steps getting out of the pool were loose and wobbly and one of them were missing the bolts that held one of the steps on the ladder. We called twice on the first night to have the front desk tell the people in the room above us to stop jumping around and pounding on the floor. They never stopped. On Sunday morning my family was woken up before 7 am to jumping, pounding and stomping on the floor. I called down to the front desk and told them to go shut the people upstairs up before I went up and dealt with them myself. Again......nothing was done. We got so pissed off that we packed up our stuff early to leave. When I went to start the truck.....my old lady and daughter went to the front desk to turn our keys in and let them know that we were very disappointed in our stay......an officer from the Rapid City police department was there and they were talking about going upstairs to escort me out of the hotel because I was mad. Are you kidding me? I paid good money to stay at your hotel and you guys couldn't even get the people to shut up on the floor above us. We will never stay at their hotel again. I guess you don't have the right to a quiet stay without getting the cops called on you. Shame on me for expecting decent service when I spend a bunch of money at your establishment. Never again.
