stay away

The room was in bad shape. No security lock on door, lamp shade gone, toilet paper holder gone, one towel. Then the room next to us had people coming and going from 10pm until we left at 3am. No lock on the end of hotel building door allowed these people to come and go without needing a hotel key or pass front desk. I went to front desk at 2am when two of the "visitors" knocked on our door by mistake. I could not find anyone at the desk to speak to, despite yelling for help. After we departed I called to speak to a manager and was told the managers would be gone for 2 months

I had been driving all day and just wanted to watch a movie and sleep, but there was only one channel and the staff couldn't fix it 😕 😔 There was a long hair (not my color) on one of the pillows, and I was told no when I asked for a new room. I will never stay there again.

We did not like anything at this property. There was trash and weeds outside. Had we not made reservations and prepaid we would not have left our car. I did not feel safe. Checked in. Went to room. It was dirty. Bed was very small for 2 people. Mattress was gross. TV did not work. Went to desk. Receptionist came to room. Stated TV's not working in the entire hotel. We were to stay for 2 days. This was not communicated to us at check in. Asked to speak to the manager. Told she is out of town. Given phone # and email. Never responded. Asked the receptionist why she doesn't contact the manager. She stated she was not permitted to do so. Terrible customer service. The pictures that show this property are not accurate! We decided we were not staying in the hotel because of the dirty room and not feeling safe. Booked this from out of state. We relied on the website pictures.

worst hotel ever

Did not stay. they tried to give me a room with a queen bed when I had paid for a king bed. Room was very tired and wall paper was peeling off walls no microwave. I took pictures because I didn't think anyone would believe me. This property is so run down hotel.com should be able to evaluate and drop from list of stays available.

Extremely nasty and unpleasant…

Room was extremely dirty with stains all over the carpet and some extremely suspicious stains on the bed sheets… Room was supposedly smoke free yet smelled like a cigar factory. There was dried snot on the towels and mold along the corners. Wouldn’t have been surprised to see a raccoon roaming around the room. Overall very bad experience wouldn’t recommend please save yourself the trouble and choose a different hotel.

Called when I booked and asked if I could check in 1 hr early and was told no problem. When I arrive I was told there would be a $15 fee to check in early due to the motel being sold out the night before and they hadn’t put clean towels in the room yet. The room was ready but they needed to have someone get us towels told them not to worry about the towels we needed to get ready for a wedding still $15. .

Avoid at all costs. This property is disgusting. Everything was filthy, from the carpets to the, walls, bathrooms and rooms. The entire hotel smells of urine.
