Room was nice and comfortable. Not enough tubes for slides at pools and pools look little dirty. Also got trapped in elevator for about 20-30 minutes…

Had to wait around for hours for our room to be ready. Was told 3 pm then 4 pm. Also was told I would get a call when my room was ready and I never did. Traveling with 3 kids this was not ideal for us being from 9 hours away.
