The property was convenient for what we needed when visiting the area. It could have used some maintenance, the flooring in our bath was cracked and the toilet ran water constantly. Breakfast was normal hotel food

My first room was dirty and unmade. The second room they gave me had someone else sleeping in it. The third room was fine for the first night, but when I returned to the hotel on the second day, they had given my room to someone else and all of my things were gone. It took a bit to resolve, but I did get my luggage back. The final room wasn't clean, but it was late and I was tired of dealing with them. Overall one of the worst stays in any hotel I have ever stayed in.

One of my favorite hotels in Rapid City. The kitchen and office desk are what makes it great. Yeah you get your own kitchen in each room. Recommend.

The front desk staff was amazing. The property was very clean and taken care of. My room was clean and inviting. Breakfast was full of options. There’s a nice pool and even a basketball court in back. I was pleasantly surprised at this gem in Rapid City and I will be back!

The staff were friendly and there was no hesitation when we needed something, the manager brought it straight to our room. We were impressed with breakfast, different hot items on different days and the lady who took care of the area was so friendly and did a great job of keeping everything clean and replenished, a credit to the hotel. The room was immaculately kept and the amenities were excellent. Over all, I have to say that this is one of the nicest hotels that I have stayed in for a long time. We will definitely go back and I highly recommend it. Thank you for a great stay 💕

We stay here every time we are in Rapid City. We love this hotel! The staff is always kind and friendly, and the rooms are clean! Breakfast is average… No better or worse than any other Continental at any other hotel. The beds are a tad on the firm side, otherwise they’re pretty comfy. The pool is a bit small but my kids had a wonderful time!
