Nice 2 night stay. Saturday evening was busier and more banging doors than we anticipated, but did settle after 11pm. Nice bed, bedding. Poor towels, small and thinner. No refill on toilet paper or coffee for second day. Door was jarred open when we arrived, so proceeded with knocking etc. but thought it would’ve been locked upon arrival? Breakfast was standard fare for Holiday Inn. Convenient location on edge of Rapid City. Newer facility. Room was huge!

The breakfast was never very warm & people throughout hotel acted like they didn't know what you were asking about or for, all aspects of hotel. Then charged $25 to my card they wanted as an incidental when checking in. Now I am unable to contact the hotel directly to ask what they feel needed charged.

Decent hotel
