Both homes have covered verandas and out door seating, thru the ranch sliders the homes open up to spacious dining and living areas, with full modern kitchens at the back. To the sides are the two bedrooms and bathroom.

Set on a massive enclosed section and on a very quiet road, Tanias offers a big yard for the kids to play in and ample covered veranda space for the grown ups to watch them (whilst sipping on a G and T).

100 metres away is the islands top coffee house and roaster (Neil Dearlove), and also Rarotongas best baker (Reuben Dearlove his son)... mental note fresh baked croissants and bread every Monday, Wednesday and Friday (be there early).

The immediate coastline where Tanias is situated is rugged, and although not ideal for swimming (its corally) is perfect for up close rock pooling and reef fishing.

Tanias is less than a five minute drive to Muri Lagoon, and all things Muri (beaches, resturants and hotel bars) and five minutes to the main township of Avarua (when there arn't road works).

For one or two families looking for a high value/comfort level, Tanias will "check the box".

Each home will take 4 people comfortably, and both combined 8.
