The Town House is located in Al Hamra Village on the golf course and not far from various hotel facilities (including Walldorf Astoria *******). On 250 m2 you will find three bedrooms, an open TV-room, two bathrooms, a separate toilet, dining room, kitchen and living room. The house is suitable for 4-6 people.
After a long and interesting day relaxing on lying in front of the house pool. The evening entertainment starts (Sat-TV) with a film, visiting a nearby bar, the shopping in the mall 5 minutes' walk away and / or a family board game. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to a self-catering: About the oven with ceramic hob (five in number), microwave up to the Nespresso capsule coffee machine is all there. The house is ideal for families with children and leisure travelers who are looking forward to peace and change.


For your mobility, we recommend the use of a taxi or rental of a rental car. You can find the stations in the immediate vicinity.
By car you are in 45-50 minutes in Dubai.

Einfach ein Traum!!!

Nachdem wir langjĂ€hrige Erfahrung mit der Miete von Ferienwohnungen haben (allein in Al Hamra Village schon 6 mal) lĂ€sst sich dieses Objekt nicht anders beschreiben als "einfach ein Traum". Sauberkeit und Ausstattung sind vorbildlich. Wir kochten fasst tĂ€glich selbst, genossen unser FrĂŒhstĂŒck auf der Terrasse und konnten uns glĂ€nzend erholen. Der Pool in unmittelbarer NĂ€he hat zwar keine olympischen Ausmaße, aber fĂŒr eine kurze Erfrischung und eine kleine Auszeit gut geeignet. Alles in allem ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. - Danke!!!

Immer wieder !

Rundherum ein toller Urlaub in diesem schönen Haus. Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus, der Verwalter direkt immer sehr behilflich. Kurzer Weg zum Pool, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ganz in der NÀhe, Strand mit dem Auto in 6 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir kommen wieder !

Great family home.

We spent the Eid break at this beautiful townhouse , and we loved it. The house was well equipped, in a quiet location and have views of a beautiful garden. The kids enjoyed the pool, and it being so close made it easy for them to walk by themselves. We cooked our own food, and everything we needed to live, was right there. The house is in close proximity to Hamra mall, so we went there for quick groceries and a movie too. We would love to visit again!

Ein GefĂŒhl wie zu Hause , alles da fĂŒr eine 5 köpfige Familie

Das Ferienhaus vermittelt einen gemĂŒtlichen und komfortablen Eindruck und wir hatten das GefĂŒhl auch noch lĂ€nger bleiben zu können. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt (nur ein paar mehr HandtĂŒcher wĂ€ren nicht schlecht; aber wir hatten zum GlĂŒck noch welche mit). Die braucht man einfach mit Kindern und Pool! Die KĂŒche ist sehr gut ausgestattet (großer KĂŒhlschrank, großer Herd; umfangreiches Inventar). Drei große Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer und ein großer Ess- / Wohnbereich bieten viel Platz fĂŒr 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Der Pool war top, sehr sauber. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und es gibt die fusslĂ€ufig erreichbare Mall, perfekt zum einkaufen und shoppen. Wir haben einen Tag am Strand im Hilton Hotel verbracht inkl. FreigetrĂ€nke (gegen eine Tagespauschale), sehr zu empfehlen, toller Sandstrand. Der Kontakt zu Herrn Burlet und Herrn Hoppe vor Ort war sehr zĂŒgig und sehr freundlich. Dubai (ca. 45 min) und auch Abu Dhabi (ca. 2 h) waren problemlos mit dem Auto erreichbar und sind auf jeden Fall mehrere AusflĂŒge wert! Die Menschen dort sind alle sehr nett; zuvorkommend (v.a. mit kleinen Kindern) und man kann problemlos mit Kindern essen gehen. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt.

We really enjoyed our holiday at this villa. It was quiet and peaceful but near to the mall and all the entertainment. The villa is well equipped and very spacious. It has a communal swimming pool which is only 20m from the property. Although in theory the pool is communal, we had it to ourselves for the whole week. The villa is also near the Waldorf Astoria which is a beautiful hotel. All in all, a lovely property which we would thoroughly recommend.

Sehr schöne Wohnung und ein sehr freundlicher Herr Hoppe.

Alles war super, bis auf dass es nur einen kostenpflichtigen Hotelstrand gab der fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar ist. Wir haben aber einen anderen freien Strand von Herrn Hoppe empfohlen bekommen, zu dem man mit dem Auto keine 10 Minuten brauchte.

Schöne Familienunterkunft

Das Wichtigste: die Unterkunft ist sehr, sehr sauber! Genug Platz fĂŒr zwei Erwachsene und drei Kinder. Die KĂŒche ist gut ausgestattet zur Selbstverpflegung. Der Gemeinschaftsgarten mit dem großen Pool ist gepflegt und nett angelegt. Wir waren sehr froh, nicht ein teureres App. in Dubai genommen zu haben, sondern diese ruhig gelegene Unterkunft - mit Kindern eine sehr gute Entscheidung! Der Kontakt zum sehr bemĂŒhten Vermieter und dem Betreuer vor Ort war Ă€ußerst freundlich! Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschrĂ€nkt weiter empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in RAK

Sehr schönes, komplett ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Uns (4 Erwachsene, 1 Kind) hat es an nichts gefehlt. Nur ein paar hundert Meter zur nÀchsten Mall (Al Hamra Mall). Sehr schöner und gepflegter Pool in der Anlage an dem wir meistens alleine waren. Sehr nette Nachbarschaft, unser Sohn (7 Jahre) fand schnell einen Freund. Auch die Betreuung der Ferienanlage / -gÀste vor Ort ist vorbildlich. Bei unserem nÀchsten Besuch in den Emiraten wird diese Unterkunft wieder erste Wahl sein.

Ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Reiehnhaus, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Terrasse zum grĂŒnen Innenhof mit Pool ist super geeignet an langen Abenden mit Freunden draussen zu sitzen. Der sehr saubere und gepflegte Pool ist im Innenhof nur etwa 30 Meter entfern.

fantastic house!

Fantastic house and location! We stayed for a week at this house with our kids and their boyfriends. The house is ervery thing you wish, pool in the backyard mosttimes all for your self. Big kitchen, nice patio with gardenset. The shoppingmall is only 5 minutes walking. The supermarket has everything and at the foodcourt you can buy pizza,s, pasta, donner kabap, libanese food and more. Thank you for staying at the house! We will come back again.

Really glad we used this town house. Everything advertised was available, the house was very clean and had all we needed. The pool which was just outside was heaven for my two kids who enjoyed it very much. Communication with the owner and appointed care taker was excellent. Directions and instruction was also very good. The close proximity to the shops and mall we found very useful, just a short walk from the town house. When I compare staying in a hotel room with having a whole house to yourself, its a no brainier. I would most definitely recommend this town house and really cannot wait to have to change to use it again. As the Germans would say "Ausgezeichnet"

Super schönes Haus mit allem Komfort

Review for Villa 2023627

Our recent stay at this Villa was most enjoyable and relaxing. The Villa itself was very comfortable and spacious and very clean indeed! I was staying with my Family and my in-laws and we had a thoroughly relaxing holiday. The welcome pack and instructions to the Villa were concise and clear and I didnt have any issues finding the Villa as I drive straight from the Airport. The Shopping Mall is only a few mins walk away with a wide variety of shops and I would also recommend hiring a Car as we did a lot of exploring/sightseeing and shopping along with visiting the various eaterie's in Ras al Khaimah itself. The drive to Downtown Dubai is also only approx 50 mins from the Villa. I do travel frequently to Dubai and have been staying in Ras Al Khaimah most recently and will definitely try and stay in this Villa again. The local people administering the Villa were most helpful as well and they ensured that we had a pleasant stay. The shared swimming pool 'in the back garden' was also frequented daily by my kids and that kept them busy and allowed us to spend some quality time as well. Will definitely recommend this Villa

Schönes Townhouse in RAK

Sehr schönes Haus, gute Nachbarschaft und alles so wie wir uns das es vorgestellt haben. Einfach viel praktischer als ein Hotel. Waschmaschine, KĂŒche etc. ist alles vorhanden. Wir haben auch den Aufenthalt auf der schönen Terrasse immer wieder genossen. Wir kennen die Gegend seit mehreren Jahren. Man kann alles - GolfplĂ€tze, Beach und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nahezu zu Fuss erreichen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefĂŒhlt. Das Haus ist und hat alles, was man sich wĂŒnschen kann, wie Sie auch schon der vorherigen Bewertung und den Fotos entnehmen können. Der Kontakt mit dem EigentĂŒmer war sehr nett und auch vor Ort war die Betreuung perfekt. Wer ein tolles Ferienhaus etwas ab vom Rummel Dubais sucht, aber trotzdem die Möglichkeit, Dubai zu erleben, ist hier richtig aufgehoben. Die Mall um die Ecke sorgt fĂŒr alles, was man benötigt und sollte es doch einmal nicht ausreichen, ist die nĂ€chste Möglichkeit nicht weit. Besonders gefallen haben auch uns als Wiederholungsurlauber in den VAE insbesondere die Kamelrennen nicht weit vom Haus. Die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses ist ĂŒberdurchschnittlich und bei der Ankunft haben wir sogar eine Obstschale und kalte GetrĂ€nken im KĂŒhlschrank vorgefunden. Ein Mietwagen ist allerdings sehr zu empfehlen, insbesondere wenn man regelmaessige Fahrten nach Dubai (ca. 1Std. Fahrtzeit) unternehmen möchte. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschrĂ€nkt empfehlen und werden gerne wiederkommen.

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub bei angenehmen Temperaturen

- Die Angaben im Internet entsprechen vollstĂ€ndig den Gegebenheiten vor Ort. Die Lage als auch die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung hat bei uns (5 Erwachsene) keine WĂŒnsche offen gelassen. Der Gemeinschaftspool im Garten wurde tĂ€glich gereinigt und LiegestĂŒhle und Sonnenschirme standen immer ausreichend zu unserer VerfĂŒgung. - Zum Baden im Meer fĂŒhren Wege zu den HotelstrĂ€nden sowie einem etwas weiter gelegenen, öffentlichen Strandbereich. An der nahegelegenen Lagunenbucht konnten wir problemlos Jet Ski, Katamaran und Bananaboot mieten. - Zum FrĂŒhstĂŒcken und auch Einkaufen gingen wir zu der 200 m entfernten Al Hambra Mall. Diese Mall ist sehr gepflegt und bietet zahlreiche GeschĂ€fte zum Shoppen und zahllose kleine Restaurants. Auch stehen hier viele Geldautomaten. - Wir haben mit einem Mietwagen die Umgebung erkundet und konnten frĂŒhmorgens an einem –fĂŒr uns ungewohntem- Kamelrennen in der NĂ€he des Flughafens RAK teilnehmen. Auch hatten wir viel Spaß bei einer WĂŒstensafari in die phantastische DĂŒnenlandschaft sowie einer Bootsfahrt an der Fjordlandschaft des Omans entlang. - Unser Vermieter hatte uns im Vorfeld zum Urlaub hilfreiche Tips geben können sodass wir einen sehr angenehmen und erholsamen Urlaub ĂŒber die Ostertage verbringen konnten.

Great getaway

We stayed at the villa for a weekend away from Dubai. The villa is lovely-very well furnished and equipped extremely well. The pool is on your doorstep and the shopping mall a very short walk. Having stayed in a number of villas in RAK, I would thoroughly recommend this villa-one of the best locations and high quality fittings and furnishings.
