Villa Nela is a beautiful, completely renovated house located in Becici, only 3.5 km from Labin and 8 km from the beaches in Rabac.

It is an ideal place for a holiday because the guests will enjoy the peace and quiet, and yet will only need a 10 minute drive to the city centre with all the amenities.

Villa Nela is located on a 3000sqm fully fenced garden and offers its guests: an outdoor pool of 32sqm, a fully equipped tavern of 70sqm with a summer kitchen and fireplace, separate toilet, covered terrace with an outdoor dining table, 6 sun beds, a children's playground and three parking spaces.



Villa Nela spreads over 100sqm and can accommodate 6 to 8 people. Elegantly decorated living room, dining room and modern kitchen have access to the terrace and are connected to the sundeck and pool, while the other part of the house has three bedrooms, each with double bed, air conditioning and satellite TV and two of them with private shower / WC and one separate shower / WC in the hallway. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.

Villa Nela ist ein wirklich schönes gemütliches Ferienhaus in dem wir (3) gerade zwei Wochen verbr

Villa Nela ist ein wirklich schönes gemütliches Ferienhaus in dem wir (3) gerade zwei Wochen verbracht haben. Toll ist, die umfangreiche Ausstattung und der große Pool mit gemütlichen Liegen und großen Schirmen. Es gibt alle Dinge die man fürs Grillen (Gasgrill) und Kochen (Toaster, Pfannen, gutes Besteck) braucht. Fein ist, dass es zwei Kühlschränke gibt. Die nächsten großen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Spar, usw) sind nur 10 Autominuten entfernt, zu den Stränden sind es ca. 20 Minuten.Das Ein- und Auschecken ist sehr unkompliziert. Die Besitzerin spircht auch Deutsch.Kurzum: Ein schönes Haus - wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Super tolles Haus , wie auf den Bildern! Ruhige Lage, war auch gewollt, Highlight ist die Taverne, sogar mit eigener Toilette, somit wurde das Haus nur zum schlafen und duschen genutzt! Die Taverne ist voll ausgestattet, auch Super ist der große Pool!!! Alles in einen bei diesen Haus past einfach alles!!! Vielen lieben Dank für die zwei wundervollen Wochen

Tolles, sauberes Haus mit neuwertiger Einrichtung! Besonders gefallen hat uns der schöne Pool und natürlich die Taverne, dort haben wir immer gekocht. Die Besitzerin ist super freundlich und spricht sogar Deutsch. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb- das war uns aber bekannt und so gewollt. Wir können das Haus absolut weiterempfehlen!
