The house is very spacious and is just a short walk from the center of the village of Rascafría, at 1 hour from Madrid.
It can accommodate up to 12 people in its 4 bedrooms and 2 extra people on two sofa beds.
It is also possible to rent the attic, which has been converted to sleep, a further 8 people in 2 very spacious bedrooms with respectively 4 single beds and one double bed and two convertible sofa beds (cost of the attic additional 320€ / night).
The house has a large garden with an oven/bbq area and a large terrace with views of the village and mountains.
Its facilities and privileged environment will make your stay very pleasant at any time of the year.
The kitchen is large and open onto the living room and terrace, allowing everyone to help prepare the meal or barbecue. The attic has a kitchenette.

The lounge is also very spacious, with 4 comfortable sofas overlooking a large fireplace and a large-screen TV. The converted attic has another double-sided fireplace overlooking each room.
The giant screen will allow you to enjoy a good film with family or friends, or simply a football match.
The 4 bedrooms and lounge can accommodate up to 14 people, so there's plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their stay.
Thanks to the extra beds in the converted attic, a total of 22 people can be accommodated.
The main floor has 2 bathrooms with shower, one with a jacuzzi. The attic has a bathroom with shower.
The terrace's removable glass enclosure allows you to enjoy a large play area with table tennis, table football and pinball all year round. Another separate enclosure allows those who prefer it to enjoy a good book or a pleasant siesta in the hammock or on the sofas.
If you're still short of space, we can exceptionally rent out the ground floor, which is accessible to people with reduced mobility and can accommodate a further 8 people in its 3 bedrooms and living room, which also overlooks the garden and indoor swimming pool.
The cost of the ground floor is an additional 320€ / night.
This more modern flat has two bathrooms, a fireplace and a television.
All in all, the house can sleep up to 30 people, and 36 in spring, autumn and summer thanks to the adjoining yurt-style tent.

The ecological interest of the area, located in the heart of the Guadarrama Natural Park, is well established: hiking, mushroom picking, canoeing on the nearby Pinilla lake, cycling, horse-riding or snowshoeing in winter are just some of the attractions of this uniquely beautiful spot, less than half an hour from the ski slopes.
The El Paular monastery is another place of singular interest, well worth discovering or revisiting after its renovation.

Perfecto fin de semana
La casa , el jardín, la piscina causaron mucha impresión a los participantes, mejorando a lo largo del fin de semana. Tanto mayores como jóvenes deseando volver.
