a big disappointment
Posted Aug. 15, 2023 on HotelsCheck-in was rather disappointing (the room was not ready even though we arrived at 7PM, the cot was missing as well as towels). State of the furniture is a bit disappointing even though this is a rather new hotel (curtains were torn down, for instance). The worst part was the restaurant since my wife had a food poisoning. In sum, we will not go back there.

Value? Not quite there
Posted Jan. 2, 2023 on HotelsThe checkin process was quick and easy. The valet was super kind. The room was nice although it did have some stains on carpets and there was noise coming from outside at night so I wasn’t super easy to fall asleep. The bed is super comfy though. The TV wouldn’t really work, but not like we needed it. Location was great, right in the center, near the slope. Food was satisfactory - there were some nice meals and some not so nice. However, the lady at the bar was super rude where all I asked for was where can we get drinks. Well, you need to pay for them for dinner (even though it’s advertised as included?). For this price, we expected more to be fair. I don’t see the real value and would rather choose another hotel in the area next time. They either need to lower the prices or increase the overall level of service.

Perfect location. Excelent half board restorant with very good breakfast and amazing dinners.
Very good relaxing area with many saunas and indoor and outdoor pool. The room is enough space for 2 people, the bed matress was comfy
