Our stay did not start out great. We were going to be arriving late so I specifically stated that in the reservation. When we arrived there was no one at the front desk only a note stating they were checking rooms and they'd be back in 10 minutes. That was not true. After 10 ten minutes I looked at the desk and happened to see my reservation paperwork. Thankfully the room number and keys were attached. If it was known that there was a possibility that no one would be at the desk then someone should have contacted me and let me know. The next morning upon going to take a shower I realized that they only had towels for 2 people when the reservation clearly stated 4 people. Although, the stay served it's purpose on our trip to Utah the facility needs work and the staff need to be a bit more attentive to details.

This was an okay place. We got what we paid for. The front desk didn't have anyone to check us in for 10 minutes. The breakfast was okay. The room was okay. The AC was loud, the dog barking in the next room was loud. I probably won't stay here again.

The bed was comfortable, even though I prefer it firmer and it was quiet. The outside of the property is a bit run down and the inside lobby drab, but the rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is inadequate, drech coffee and no fresh fruit or things like that. For the money though, it is better than most places in that star range.
