An Executive Apartment with excellent transport links via the A329 to the M4, within walking distance of the Oracle Shopping Centre and Town Centre.
This apartment comes with all the modern conveniences you would expect from a modern development in a listed building. It has a fridge freezer, as well as a cooker hob and extractor fan in the kitchen.

The living room is of a generous size and comes with modern furniture a sofa bed and dining table. It is equipped with a 43″ SMART HD TV and super fast broadband and Wifi.
The bathrooms both have a large walk-in shower and we provide all the necessary towels and toiletries for your stay we also provide a hairdryer.
There are two bedrooms the master having the benefit of an ensuite.
Also fully equipped with a washer and an Iron and Ironing board.
Flexible sleeping accommodation in this apartment the master bedroom houses an emperor size king which can also be separated into three single beds.
A full double bed in the second room and a sofabed in the living room.
