The Space:
Spacious living area, 55 inch Smart TV with free access to Netflix and unlimited fast Hyper Optic broadband. Fully equipped kitchen with kettle, toaster, NutriBullet blender, and a variety of useful utensils and pots and pans.

A quality Intex Queen PremAire raised airbed is provided with mains connection allowing to be inflated and deflated within minutes. This allows for 4 people to be comfortably accommodated in this apartment.

A large and medium and small towel are provided with fresh bed linens. In the event of longer stays the apartment will be cleaned on a weekly basis.

Guest Access:
The guest has access to the whole flat exclusively for themselves. This includes entrance, bedroom, bathroom, lounge/kitchen and utility cupboard. There is also a lovely private courtyard only accessible to residents of the building that guests have access to.

The Neighborhood:
The Hunsaker Suite is located within chatham place. This community has a safe village feel as there is a public multi-storey car park, 24 hour gym and private courtyard. The benefit is that it is only a few minutes walk to the main high street with plenty of shops and restraunts and no more than 10 minutes walk to Readings main train station. This apartments location provides the best of both worlds.

Getting Around:
The apartment has fantastic travel connections.

Readings main train station is no more than 10 minutes walk from the apartment with direct connections to London and all around the UK.

The Heathrow air bus runs to Reading station with a journey taking just a little over an hour at a cost of £24 return for your chosen dates.

The apartment is within easy access of the M4 via junctions 10, 11 and 12.

There is a multi-storey public car park called Q-Park adjacent to the Hunsaker Suite that costs £16 for up to 24 hours and allows you to enter and exit 24 hours, 7 days a week. https://www.q-park.co.uk/en-gb/cities/reading/chatham-place/

There is also Sixt car hire located conveniently within this car park allowing 24 hour returns of the vehicle. Reading main train station is no more than 10 minutes walk from the apartment with trains running every half hour that arrive in paddington within 30 minutes.

Buses to go all over Reading and Berkshire are located a few minutes walk from the apartment.

Other Things to Note:
Guests will be able to collect and return keys from a store a few minutes walk from the Hunsaker Suite. This allows a flexible check in and check out for guests as they are able to hand keys back at whatever time suits them within the allocated time frame.
