Good location and excellent service but poor sleep

Sash windows would not shut properly and without secondary glazing the traffic noise kept us awake so despite a nice room and a very friendly service we didn’t sleep well. When we mentioned it in the morning , whilst listened to politely there was no empathy or apology which was disappointing.

The variety of decor in the restaurant and bedrooms. Very welcoming and helpful staff.
