Our stay started off a bit rocky - bathroom was not clean (and no one came to correct it after multiple requests and assurances), room had a very bad odor, and the night manager was very dismissive. However, the Day Staff Manager, Jeff, along with Christina (sp?) were kind and super helpful and accomodating. They turned our stay completely around and enabled us to relax and enjoy our trip. Thank you to them both!!

Very nice hotel. Lovely restaurant for breakfast, on the expensive side but very good quality. Pool nice but got very busy on a weekend afternoon-had to get a wristband from reception which we weren’t told at check in. At this price point I’d expect a porter to help with doors, it’s difficult bringing suitcases through doors without help opening them. Staff very friendly. Easy walk into Red Bank. Parking good, gets busy with events over the weekend

The hotel location was convenient. The room we were given was 3 flights down. Not good for a person with limited mobility. They told us you get what you paid for when you go with Expedia. They switched us to a queen size bed very tiny room. And the shower was difficult to get into and the shower head was off center. Could not control the temperature of the water. Good that we only stayed one night.

Nice stay. The room was clean and seemed newly remodeled. Air conditioning was also nice and chilly. The water pressure at night was very low. Only major complaint was that we asked for a late checkout (it was a Wednesday) since checkout is at 11 and we wanted to maximize the use of the pool until noon and they said “not today.” Too bad because it was a beautiful pool day and it was very empty. If they at the least offered an outdoor shower we would have stayed the extra hour and had lunch there.

The building was very pretty and the location was great. The main halls and elevators had no air conditioning and were quite humid. Our room was clean but had an extremely stong musty odor though there was no visible mildew or mold.
