Hotel would not allow us to check into the hotel since we were local residents. I have a special needs adult son with special plans for a night with swimming. Shame on this hotel!!!!!!!!!

We have an amazing stay after a late night football game came back their pool and jacuzzi were great. Their breakfast was amazing rooms were very clean staff was very friendly and efficient

We request a handicap room, but when we arrived there were none available. We weren't told that there wasn't any availble when it was booked. The room we were given didn't have a hand-held shower head, but they gave us a wobbley shower chair, we tighten it up.

The sunk was plugged upon entering the frint desk lady was harsh i couldn't use microwave. Adu shower sprays outwardly onto bathroom fliir . Makes no sense. No conditioner. Not clean and. The owner does not alliq locals to rent from here. This is evil. Idc if yu have problems with orher local ppl. Thats 100 evil wrong. So my house is flooded and since i live in redding i cant rent a room here.!!

Nothing very unique but the staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly for as many tasks they had to do. The bed and pillows were not comfortable at all. Much too hard. If I remember correctly they said the indoor pool was heated and it was not. Again the staff was very good.

Paid for a weekend suite through an app on my phone. Once I arrived I was immediately turned away for being a "local". Not the first time I've seen something like this but was definitely the first time I was treated with disdain and hostility. The little boy at the front desk needs to realize that some people don't take kindly to having their anniversary weekend ruined for some stupid policy, and that maybe a little understanding of the situation would have gone a long way. Kids these days have no idea what actual customer service is.
