Expected better, first and last stay here!
Publié le 4 mars 2024 sur HotelsI called from my cell phone since I didn’t know what button was for receptionist, button might have not even been on for me to call. Light bulb on the desk lamp was not working. No extension cord to plug phone near nightstand, Vent dusty, I forgot to take picture of bathroom sink which was dirty. Even lights in hallway were broken/missing. I was advised issue would be fixed next morning. No one fixed anything. The only great thing was the breakfast I had at their breakfast area.

The room was clean, but 55 degrees when we got there at 930 pm. The thermostat kept flashing error. I called the front desk to tell them and was informed that maintenance would be notified. We checked out before anyone showed up. The toilet which was on 12 inches off the floor was at least 30 yeats old (it was a 6 gallon flush) didnt flush. We felt the reason this room was discounted on Expedia was because it was sub par. Overall, the lodge stay was disappointing for our couple get-away. Real bummer since time away is so rare. Id give it a 3 out of 10.

Disappointed
Publié le 19 févr. 2024 sur HotelsThis was a disappointment. You always expect slight discrepancies between the online photos and the real thing, but this was ridiculous. No pictures on the walls. No lamp in the sitting room. The curtains were ripped. Furniture stained. Very underwhelmed with Eagle Crest Lodge which is supposed to be a nice place to stay.
The staff were wonderful!
Too bad the accommodations were not.
