The website said dogs were $10/night. They tried to charge me $25 saying the policy changed. For the price, it wasn't bad.

Parking was very limited. The three slots in front of the hotel were taken and it was not clear that there was more parking in back of the motel. The room looked like they forgot to finish the remodeling and the carpeting had thick dirt at the edges. I would decidely not recommend this motel until improvements have been made to the above issues.

The management at this hotel needs to take a few courses in CUSTOMER SERVICE. My reservation stipulated a room with a King size bed but they booked us in a Queen so I had to ask for a transfer and they were rather rude about it. Both the first floor and the second have a distinct "smoke" odor even though it's supposedly "SMOKE FREE". Parking is also a problem as apparently the business next door owns all the front parking except for 2 or 3 spaces so my husband got a nasty tongue lashing by the business owner even though the business wasn't even open at the time. Also, the back door of the building as a key-card pad BUT it doesn't work and anyone can enter the building thru that door!!! On the morning of check out, there was no one behind the counter or answering the phone in spite of the fact that they lived in the hotel.

I"m hoping they were remodeling as we walked around a mess to get to our room. Our reservations were changed from 2 queens to a king which worked ok for us but not what we had reserved. I was most bothered by the fact that the safety lock was taken off the door and not replaced. Had we been checking in earlier in the day we would have probably tried to change hotels.
