4 bedroom, 4 bath townhome 4 minutes to beach. grill, 2 decks, patio large kitchen. Sleeps 10. located in rehoboth crossing east of route one. Each bedroom come equipped with a smart tv and one queen bed. Master bedroom has extra twin bed. Futon and couch in living room if needed. Linens are not provided but if needed can be picked up at main hotel on olive ave. Large kitchen with ice machine, dishwasher, 2 ovens, glass stove, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. All cookware provided. Piano also in unit.

No refunds given if cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival. If cancelled more than 7 days prior to arrival, 100% refund less 50 dollars.

DO NOT STAY HERE

We were unable to stay at this property and had to book somewhere else last minute as the place was deplorable and unfit to stay in. The host was very rude when I sent him pictures and questioned the condition of the property. The floors were FILTHY, there were sheets still on one bed, a used dirty towel in the bathroom, a dead bug on the floor, a water bottle and tons of crumbs in the couch, mold in the fridge, a half eaten ice cream in the freezer, what appeared to be mold on the bed. There was also a camera plugged in upon our arrival. Terrible experience.

DIRTY!

The townhouse was incredibly dirty when we arrived. We had to go to CVS and buy cleaning supplies, then we spent the first couple hours of our vacation cleaning. We also thought the bedding, comforters and pillows were suspect, so we ended up at Walmart buying all this stuff. We are incredibly unhappy that we had to pay a cleaning fee when we bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the place ourselves.

We would stay again!!

The Location is great. Very close to beach and shopping! My elderly mother enjoyed the bottom floor where she stayed. She was able to walk in and relax. The bathroom had a walk in shower. The place was a great size. Lots of room for private down time. We only stayed 2 days and spent most of our time out. I would agree with others that they should invest in a better cleaning crew. The place is NOT FILTHY, but you can see the the dust on the coffee table legs, a few crumbs in the couch, stains on the carpet. General wear and tear. A chick Fil A cup was left on the porch. The kids and I did a wipe down before leaving. The great thing is there was no trace of sand when we got there. The beds are firm. We were not given pool passes but a nice person let us in. The neighbors were very nice and helpful. The owner was very responsive. Our fist night my Mom had to deal with the Smoke alarm going off. By the 2nd night it was a whole symphony of alarms but we made it through. 1. I would recommend removing all of your personal items out of the dresser drawers. 2 A good dusting. 3. Some stock pots and cookie sheets (Was not able to make spaghetti or garlic bread) 4. Updated Utensils with some organization. The house keeping issues are minor. A few misses. Clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen and dining room was 97% clean. Again these things are minor and we had a great time! Only real issue was a $200 cleaning fee and being told to wipe counters down, sweep and vacuum. I paid the fee and cleaned it myself. Only 2 Cars can park in the driveway. There is no sidewalk or visitor parking. Overall great place to stay.

Where the location was located couldn't asked for a better spot everything you can ask for 😊Restaurants, shopping , fun places for adults and children to enjoy . Minutes away from the beach and amazing boardwalk. Wonderful place and so much to do ! Great experience and great time . Will recommend to other family and friends . If we decide to come again next year we will rent again this same spot . Thank you again 😊😊

Good for a weekend

The house was fine for a last minute long weekend in Rehoboth during the peak of summer. The host was responsive when asked questions, but I had to reach out the night before we arrived to get check-in information since nothing had been sent. Also the house wasn't the cleanest when we arrived. The carpets didn't appear to be swept, there was some trash leftover in the kitchen trashcan, and all the plates/kitchen utensils felt a little sticky (the dishwasher looked gross inside, so that probably contributed to it). Bedrooms and bathrooms were generally fine though, so it could have been worse.
