Welcome to 28 Oak Avenue — a charming, updated, and spacious home located less than one block from a lifeguarded beach in beautiful North Rehoboth.
Nestled in The Pines, this upscale home offers seven generous bedrooms across two levels, featuring a bright open floor plan perfect for entertaining. Enjoy a private backyard deck, a large screened-in front porch, and three separate sitting areas—ideal for families or groups seeking comfort and flexibility.
The first floor includes a welcoming sitting room that opens into the dining area, a fully updated kitchen with ample counter space and cabinetry, and a great room with soaring ceilings, abundant natural light, and comfortable seating. This level also features four bedrooms, including a primary suite with an en suite bath, plus an additional full and half bath. Upstairs, you'll find the remaining bedrooms, including another primary suite and a full hall bathroom. Located in town and just steps from the ocean, this home offers the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. Oak Avenue sits close to the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk, where guests can enjoy restaurants, arcades, shopping, and nightly entertainment at the bandstand. The community park and weekly Farmers Market are just a short walk away, while Tanger Outlets and the scenic Junction & Breakwater Trail are minutes from your door. Guests will appreciate the outdoor shower with hot and cold water, Wi-Fi, charcoal grill, washer and dryer, and central air conditioning. Private parking is available for three cars, with additional parking permits available through the city.
Things to Know: Recent updates include interior painting, an upgraded kitchen, mini-refrigerator, renovated first-level primary suite, new dishwasher, and blinds. This home rents Friday to Friday. Linens are not supplied, but bedspreads, pillows, and mattress pads are provided. A linen rental package is available. No smoking and no pets, please.

Lots of room, Close to beach and town, spent lots of time just visiting with family on screened in porch and playing games in great room. Overall really great family vacation

2023 Family Beach Week.

First time we've rented at Rehoboth Beach and we were very impressed with the house, location and the town. The only hiccups were the outside shower didn't work and there was no light to illuminate it after dark. We purchased a couple of dish pans to fill with water outside the entrances into the house so that everyone could rinse off their feet. We would rent this house again.
