The stay was good or acceptable. No complains. However, the arrangement leading to check in was relatively painful. The process was entirely net based. The frequent emails and text messages coming from VRBO were generally meaningless and useless. I struggled and waited to understand the check in process.and finally a code was provided. We will look for alternate arrangement in the future. Thank you.

My family — including our dog — had a wonderful time at this rental! The space, location, and parking worked perfectly for us. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the seasonings and essentials we needed, and we loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom — such a convenience for a family stay. We enjoyed walking to the nearby park with the kids, and it was also a pleasant stroll to the beach. Overall, it was a comfortable, well-equipped home in a great location. We’d be happy to return!

Winter escape

We greatly enjoyed our second stay. Place was again extremely clean. Communication was great and extremely responsive. The dog and I greatly enjoyed the morning jogs to the beach despite the frigid temps. Recommend going in the winter and discovered the dog loved lounging in front of the fire as much as my husband and I did.

Great Beach Getaway

So many bathrooms!

Everyone having their own bathroom makes a beach house vacation so much more pleasant than it would be if folks have to cram their makeup, toiletries, etc. onto the surfaces of a shared bathroom. Also, the huge, well-equipped kitchen and living room are the perfect setting for making meals and hanging out for relaxed conversations.

Perfect!

This was our second time staying here and hopefully not the last! We are a group of college friends and this rental could not be any more perfect for us. We love that there are plenty of beds and bathrooms, and a large kitchen/dining/living room where we can all comfortably gather. I have stayed in MANY beach rentals (mostly in NJ) and this is BY FAR the most well-equipped one. The amenities are endless. Most Importantly, the home is impeccably clean. And the location is terrific if you’re okay with walking a bit. Very highly recommend!

The house was exceptionally clean and well stocked, as well as being very quiet in spite of being so close to the road into Rehoboth. The communication and reminders were great. My one minor suggestion is to get a small saucepan or even a tea kettle for us tea lovers!

Fantastic Property

Our family had a great time staying at Beachy Keen. The property was up-to-date, had generous accommodations with a bathroom in each room, the kitchen and house in general was well stocked, and it was easy to walk into town. Also very close to a bike/running trail. Would like to stay here again.
