Beautiful, retro house with lots of room and plenty of sunlight. Direct views of ocean from 2nd floor. Very good communication and updates from owners. Fantastic location- right on the beach, and you can pick up the boardwalk and walk right into town for shopping and restaurants. We had a great stay.

The property has a fantastic location; it really can't be beat! Check-in was seamless and easy. We drove up, let ourselves in and started our vacation immediately. I would point out to other renters that this rental requires you to bring your own sheets, bath towels and beach towels. Not a huge deal, and it's still a 5-star property, but I did not expect that (the property manager let us know that in the email that arrived with check-in instructions just a few days before). The house is clean, with the kitchen and bathrooms featuring groovy wallpaper and colorful fixtures. It's a great place with plenty of rooms for family members, plenty of areas inside and out for different groups to congregate at the same time. View from the upstairs balcony is worth the stay!

Flawless week that started with the ease of access to the house... to the attention to detail within the house... and onto the more than spacious layout. The entire family thoroughly enjoyed the stay and felt the accommodations were fabulous. The location is just phenomenal, offering close proximity to all the main attractions in Rehoboth Beach, yet provided incredible level of privacy both in the house and on the beach... it was like having a private beach. We didn't need to drive our car the entire week. The family loved the place and no doubt it will be the first place we look for future vacations.

The house is incredible, and the location is perfect. All the conveniences of being in Rehoboth but outside the crowds. Easy access to a great stretch of beach, and easy walk into the center of town. Our one rainy day, we took advantage of that to take the grandkids to Fun Land! Also, communications are very good, and the manager, Dylan, was very responsive to any minor issues that arose.

Wonderful beach house

We came for six day getaway. The house was very relaxing great ocean views. Two minute walk to the beach, chairs and umbrellas were supplied. Located at the end of the boardwalk, so an evening stroll on the boardwalk was a must. Was also dog friendly, which was very important to us .

Quiet Gem

This home suited our family of 10 perfectly. Space for everyone to find a quiet spot to be alone if needed and great areas for family game night. The master bedroom with balcony was perfect to watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee. Very peaceful at that area of boardwalk. This couldn't have been a better location in our opinion. Will definitely return next year!

Perfectly Relaxing!

This house was amazing! I was worried it was going to be old. IT IS NOT. It was perfect. Everything was in great condition, even the bathrooms. All of the beds were comfortable. The rooms were all great. And the location is not to be beat. It's literally steps from the sand. I woke up every morning at 5am to snap a picture of the sunrise from BED(!), then fell back to sleep. The beach chairs and umbrellas were in great condition. Seriously, I couldn't recommend this place more. I'm already looking for when I can go back. One small thing for people to know -- you need to be able to handle stairs of all types. All stairs to the second floor are open-slatted, and there are multiple sets of 2-4 stairs within the house on each floor. That isn't shown in the pictures.

Amazing Beach House

We absolutely loved this place! From the spacious rooms and great layout to the wildly fun late 70s design to the extra touches (like the hand dryer and dual head outdoor shower), the house was awesome. The location is an A++++. And the host was a pleasure — totally responsive and accommodating.

Great place for a beach stay

This is a very roomy snd comfortable beach house in a super convenient location right on the Rehoboth boardwalk. Kitchen and bathrooms are very nice, especially the master bath. The host is great to work with. We’re already planning for next time

Beautiful and great location.
