I have stayed at dozens of places over the past 2-3 years. This has been one of the better places I have stayed. The staff was courteous and helpful while the property was maintained and clean. Although housekeeping did visit the room while I was there, I do believe it could have been a bit more “housekeeping”, maybe that is the new way, but I always remember housekeeping doing more.

Room was clean and pool was pleasant but the property is dirty and worn out. Carpets were stained and nasty. The whole place needs a total overhaul. Breakfast was only bagels,toast cereal and juice etc. pretty bland.

This motel was disgusting. Terrible for a beach front area.. place smelled like marijuana cigarettes throughout the whole facility. Property had butted cigarettes all over the ground at one point even their employees were smoking during cleaning out rooms ... Absolutely horrible!!!
