Every detail is of the highest quality to evoke a relaxed upscale modern beach vibe.

We are less than a miles walk or a quick bike ride down Rehoboth Ave to the beach and all of downtown shops.

Lovely Home, Perfect Location, Great OwnersBrad and Stacey's home is lovely, very clean and spacious. The home is in a perfect location close to restaurants, outlets, coffee shops and downtown Rehoboth Beach. Brad and Stacey's home had everything we needed a well-stocked kitchen for cooking, comfortable beds, TV in the living room and top floor family room, washer and dryer and parking. It was so nice that paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap and linens were provided. At the end of a busy day it was so nice to come back and unwind in this lovely home. Brad and Stacey were wonderful to work with and always responded quickly to any questions we may have had. Their customer service is top notch. We have used VRBO many times and are so glad we found Brad and Stacey's beautiful home. We will definitely be back to stay in this great home. Brad and Stacey thank you for providing such a beautiful clean place for us to stay. It was a wonderful getaway to celebrate our 53rd Anniversary with our daughter and son-in-law.Dottie & Howard

We had a great time at Rehobeth- the house was comfortable and beautifully decorated; had everything we needed for cooking a nice meal; bed was comfortable - but my favorite part was the upstairs hangout room and rooftop deck: really nice! We loved that we were right off the bike path.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! We've been coming to Rehoboth for years and this location is one of the best - close to the highway but in walking distance to the town and the beach (and the fantastic restaurants). Our teenagers loved the house, especially the third floor hang out room with the outside deck. The living space is lovely and comfortable; we cooked and grilled plenty, and also made good use of the pool that is just steps away (with really nice neighbors). This is a great house and fantastic location, especially if you have older kids who appreciate the independence of walking places on their own.

Great stay at beautiful house

The house has everything you need for a great stay at Rehobeth Beach. Close location to the boardwalk. Three nice bedrooms. Sizable bathrooms with super water pressure. A huge kitchen and lots of living space.

Fall get away

This was our 3rd year staying at Brad and Stacy’s properties. We love our stay every year. The location is great, far enough from the crowd yet close enough to walk to the beach. Their house is always clean and they provide all the amenities. Hope to stay there again next year!

The Perfect Vacation Home!

We had an exceptional time in this lovely home! The home is decorated with such cute details. I brought several kitchen items, wine opener, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry soap, towels, etc with me. I did not need any of the extra items I brought. This home is beautifully decorated and had all the comforts of being in our own home. There are so many unexpected personal details and plenty of items not usually provided. The entire stay exceeded our expectations. We truly had an amazing stay! We were close to the beach, boardwalk, tons of shopping, walking trails, breweries and food. We would absolutely stay here again! *We were not able to enjoy the pool area as we visited prior to the pool opening for the season. Book it, you will not be disappointed!

Great location, plenty of room, three floors to enjoy. Comfortable and had everything you would need. Having the town parking permit was extremely helpful, a bonus. Would stay here again. Host was responsive and suggested great places to eat.

Could’ve Been Great

First, the reasons this stay didn’t live up to its potential. Shortly after arriving on Friday evening, we discovered a slew of ants in the primary bedroom’s bathroom (located on the 2nd floor). There were also provision gaps, for example, there were four washcloths for five people, soap dispensers were almost empty (bought some the next day), no backup paper towels, no Kleenex, one backup toilet roll per bathroom. The morning after arriving, I left a voice mail message for the property manager alerting them to the ant situation and requesting supplies that were missing. That call was made Saturday morning. We are back home on Monday, it is late afternoon. I have not received any reply from the property manager! Not only was there no response, after a day’s outing on Saturday, we came back to find hundreds of ants on kitchen (1st floor) surfaces (I have photos). And they had managed to find their way into two pastry boxes; of course the boxes had to be tossed which was $ down the drain. We found ant killer under kitchen sink and spent a good deal of time spraying the ants and cleaning up meticulously (NOT FUN). On the plus side, the location was good and the house is very nicely decorated. The third floor offers outdoor space which would be lovely during nice weather. The main bedroom is spacious but the other two bedrooms are not. Once the ant and supplies issues are addressed, this would be a very lovely place to stay.
