A BEAUTIFUL luxury new 5 bedroom, 4-bathroom single family home with upgrades throughout has all new furnishings and is located in the private, serene, yet convenient community of the Grande at Canal Pointe. The community is the only new one in town EAST of Route 1, within biking distance to the beach and boardwalk (approximately 1.5 miles), with resort-like living including a community pool that's steps away, clubhouse with fitness equipment and games like shuffleboard, tennis court, basketball, and a playset. This home is conveniently located next to the clubhouse and the rear (more private) pool in the neighborhood.

The house has a spacious foyer which leads to the 2-story dramatic great room with floor to ceiling stone fireplace, flat screen TV, and open luxury kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and island with four counter stools. There is a dining area off the great room that seats up to 10. There are 2 bedrooms (including master) / two full baths on the main floor and 3 bedrooms / two baths on the second floor (large 2nd floor bedroom has en suite bath). The Master bedroom with king bed, located on the main floor has a chair and ottoman, flat-screen TV, huge walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom with very large shower that has a built in bench and two shower heads, separate water closet for toilet, and 2 vanities.

There is a queen bed in the other bedroom on the main floor and a full bathroom with shower and upgraded tile. On the second floor, there is a large bedroom with its own en suite bathroom and sitting area, one bedroom with queen bed, and a third bedroom with twin beds. The hall bathroom is large with double sinks. Both bathrooms on the second floor have tubs.

In the great room, there is a sectional sofa, flat screen TV.

All rooms have ceiling fans, foyer and dining room with designer fixtures, and the deck has nice shade due to the trees and position of the house for enjoying the breeze.

Wifi is included. Pillows and mattress pads are provided for all beds. Bring your own comforters, sheets, pillowcases, and towels or arrange for linen rental at additional cost.

Family beach week

The property works for us since we had relatives where we could park and walk into town. Loved location to outlets and a nice community. Loved that it came with a parking pass.

Vacation Rental Property in Rehoboth Beach

Our experience was good, there were a few things that I would like to point out. The living room/deck furniture needs to be replaced...deck furniture badly soiled and living room furniture/bar kitchen seating is pretty worn. The front lawn needs maintenance. The front porch light needs to be replaced. Also, maybe look at having a little later checkout time, 10:00am is quite early. But, overall we all enjoyed ourselves.

Beautiful but unkept

Property was not well groomed. weeds were taller than our great grandson. the deck was dirty and the hose was laying out The grill hadn’t been cleaned in months. I was told to clean it if we wanted to use it. Cushions on the couch are badly ripped and towel bar in the upstairs hall bathroom is broken. We were promised a second pass for the pool but it was never delivered. Two bedrooms did not have tv and channels were very limited on the others. The air conditioning vent was very dirty. Kitchen was not stocked very well. Could use a pot for pasta or clams. This is a gorgeous house very near the pool but it’s not very well maintained.

Nice home, quiet neighborhood.

Comfortable, spacious home. Plenty of room for the whole family. The property was as described on the listing. Everything worked and was in good order. A little petty, but the Flower beds could have used a little TLC as they were completely overgrown and full of giant weeds, but it did not affect our stay.

Location and property were very nice and accommodating for our family. We enjoyed the openness of the home and the proximity to the pool. Very friendly and safe neighborhood. Only complaint was that The gas grill was very dirty.
