The owners and staff were awesome! The breakfast was amazing with made to order eggs and huge selections. The restaurant was impeccable with a wide variety of menu items (food and drinks) plus great service! I would stay here again for our next visit to Germany.

This is an old house made successfully into a hotel. However, it does not provide wireless access in All the rooms. (Also, in the summer, there are no fans.) The staff seems to be overworked, but they are coping well and provide a very good service.

Mooie panden om te zien, vlakbij de Moezel, goed uitzicht. Bar en restaurant huiselijk aangekleed. Personeel erg zorgzaam maar niet te opdringerig. Kamer is super. Groot en stevig bed, ruime badkamer met mooie inloopdouche en apart toilet. Veel ramen dus lichte kamer. Ambiance erg fijn om te vertoeven. Vloerverwarming douche, lekker maar daardoor kamer erg warn, zeker voor slapen. Bij ontbijt; veel soorten broodjes maar per soort weinig en van tevoren afgebakken. Goed bijgevuld. Personeel erg behulpzaam, netjes en meedenkend. Wij wilden wijn gaan proeven en er werd voor ons naar de wijnkelder gebeld om te kijken wat mogelijk was. Al met al een hele mooie ervaring die we graag nogmaals komen beleven.

Ganz nett.

Es war ein nettes Hotel aber das WLan und Internet im Zimmer war schlecht. Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig. Wir haben Nachts die Toilettenspülung und Unterhaltungen vom neben Zimmer gehört.

Wir waren vollauf zufrieden. Zimmer und Bad waren recht gross, die Matratzen genau richtig. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot viel Auswahl. Eier wurden auf Wunsch frisch gebraten. Das Abendessen im hoteleigenen Restaurant war hervorragend. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Mooi hotel, lekker ontbijt. En middenin het dorpje Reil aan de oever van de Mosel. Wij logeerden in de junior suite en deze was groot en mooi. Zeer fijn verblijf. Het personeel is vriendelijk en is behulpzaam. Ook met betrekking tot glutenvrij eten.
