Cocoonr is offering this charming, fully equipped and light-filled 1930s-style house for rent in Rennes. With a floor area of 90 m², ‘Corneille’ can accommodate up to 4 guests for a business trip or a holiday in Rennes. Ideal for a couple, a business trip or a family of four, you’ll particularly appreciate its location in the quiet, residential neighbourhood of ‘Sainte Thérèse’, situated south of Rennes railway station, as well as its comfort and tranquillity.

The house is laid out as follows:

- A lovely, light-filled living room with a sofa, TV and dining area.

Nous avons pu investir les lieux très facilement et nous y sentir très bien. Nous sommes restés 3 jours mais aurions pu y passer beaucoup a 4. Nous avons même reçu des amis.
