We booked your hotel because it had advertised airport shuttle before leaving on our vacation. We called the hotel and told them when we would be at the airport. They told us to call when we got at the airport. We did as we were told and they told us they would be to get us in 20 minutes after 35 minutes we called again and they told us there was a lot of traffic which is hard to believe since you’re 1 mile from the airport we continue to wait outside in the cold and the dark for over an hour for the driver to finally picked us up please do not advertise airport shuttle if this is the crappy service that you will be providing !!!
