First as we arrived, the receptionist told me and another guest in line that they did not receive the 3rd party reservations and then it became clear that they didn't have any room to give us and instead claimed to don't see the reservations. The receptionists were rude and didn't want to do anything saying you deal with your travel agencies. Oh and yes we do have a room, you can rent out of pocket now but it's a smoking room, on the 1st floor and that it was $290 dollars. We ended up leaving the hotel, taking taxi to another hotel, better rooms and accommodations for half the price.

We had a noisy, drunk neighbor next us that scared us and so we checked out early. Too bad their is still smoking allowed in the casino area! We won't return.
