Nice but a maze!

The place is nice and was very clean. The downside is parking for Placemakr guests is way on the 6th floor rooftop. The building is much larger and cavernous than I anticipated. It's easy to get turned around navigating all the hallways and doors that have to be opened with an app on your phone.

Nice but needs a better process

Brand new apartment complex so everything is fresh and shiny. The girl who checked us in was an absolute angel for putting up with the absolutely RIDICULOUS check in process. That needs be fixed ASAP. Other Placemakrs are much more hotel like when it comes to check in.

The apartment was a godsend after a long trip. The building and property are brand new with beautiful decor. The location is super convenient with easy walkable access to the city for food and other fun things. It's also right next to the train and bus station. The area felt very safe and clean. The amenities and products ready to use for laundry, shower, and cooking were super thoughtful! The staff were also wonderful and friendly! I'd love to stay again and try out other placemakr properties!

Wonderful!

We stayed with Placemakr Reno. It was a studio apartment in an apartment complex. It was wonderful! Very friendly staff and incredibly clean and new room. It was fully furnished with a couch/sitting area, kitchen, and laundry inside the room. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

We had a great stay, Maxine is amazing and walked us through everything from getting parked to getting to our room. The rooftop is so fun, we had our kiddos with us and we had a great time playing g games while waiting for the Friday fireworks show to start across the street at the stadium. We will definitely be coming back.
